Cancellation Policy
24+ hours’ notice: If your athlete can’t attend, email/text us at least 24 hours before the session: 714.574.9690 or HugoEliteBasketball@gmail.com. No-shows/late cancels: No refunds or credits for no-shows or late cancellations of start time. Rollover credit (limited): With 24+ hours’ notice and a valid reason (sickness, injury, or family emergency), we may issue a one-time rollover credit to the same program within 30 days, subject to availability. How to notify: Include athlete name, session, date/time, and reason. Company cancellations: If we cancel (facility/coach/holiday), you’ll receive a make-up or credit. Notes: Credits aren’t refunds, and they’re non-transferable. ~Media Consent - You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to photograph/film/record the athlete during sessions and to use/publish that media for our website, social channels, and promotional purposes without compensation. You may opt out of future uses by emailing us (we can’t retract materials already published).
