Designed for incoming freshmen who want to enter high school prepared to compete and contribute imme
Service Description
Designed exclusively for advanced 8th graders who are already competing at a high level and are ready to train like future impact high school players. This is not a fundamentals class. It is a performance environment. What We Emphasize Advanced Skill Refinement: Precision ball handling under pressure. Efficient footwork into scoring actions. Shot creation off the catch and off the dribble. Finishing through contact. Defensive discipline and on-ball control at game speed. Every rep is intentional, detailed, and executed at tempo. High-Level Decision Making: Reading second and third defenders. Understanding help rotations. Playing out of advantages. Making quick reads in 2v2, 3v3, and live transition situations. Learning when to attack, when to move it, and how to control pace. Competitive Game Situations: Live-action segments that simulate high school tryout intensity. Limited space reads. Late-clock execution. Defensive communication. Accountability in small-sided and full-court competition. Performance & Body Control: Age-appropriate strength and movement training focused on explosiveness, balance, stability, and durability. Players are taught how to properly warm up, recover, and prepare their bodies for the demands of high school basketball. Film & Accountability: Breakdown of real game clips to sharpen awareness. Players learn to evaluate spacing, timing, and decisions. Honest feedback. High standards. Growth mindset. High School Impact Preparation: What separates players who just make the team from those who contribute immediately. Communication. Leadership presence. Practice habits. Defensive effort. Coachability. Understanding roles and earning minutes. This group is for elite 8th graders who expect more from themselves. The goal isn’t just to make the team — it’s to walk into high school prepared to compete, earn trust, and make an immediate impact.
